is designed to function on a standard telephone line configuration
with pay phone style tariff pulses.
It enables the user to determine exactly how many calls were made
and the total amount for respective calls. Configuration setting of
our local meter is protected by unique password. For security
reasons and to prevent fraud, we have also included additional
counters that cannot be reset. This facility allows validation
checks that can be made on the normal counters.
